Cassidy Moon
Cassidy is an intellectual property attorney with diverse legal experience across the spectrum of brand protection. She began her career at ESCA Legal as an intern in the trademark prosecution practice group, but now focuses her work on IP enforcement and litigation for global fashion, beauty, and consumer product brands. Cassidy takes a holistic approach to her work, communicating across various practice areas to comprehensively and proactively address clients’ problems. In addition to her legal role, Cassidy was instrumental in the planning and execution of ESCA’s first annual ESCAPADES legal conference. She also manages ESCA’s social media presence.
Outside of work, Cassidy loves finding new cafes with friends, practicing calligraphy in her bullet journal, and hanging out with her cat named Mouse. Since graduating law school, she has enjoyed travelling the world and spending more time with her family in Massachusetts.

Cassidy is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Co-President of the Fashion Law Society and Senior Articles Editor on the Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights & Social Justice. She received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a double major in French from Tulane University. Prior to joining ESCA Legal, Cassidy gained in-house experience at the Jewelers Vigilance Committee and interned for Judge Robert E. Hettleman in the New York City Family Court.
