Francesca Witzburg is the Founder and Managing Partner at ESCA. Inspired by a love of modern culture and design, she built a cutting-edge law firm dedicated to working with brands to protect and monetize their intellectual property in our digital age. Prior to launching ESCA, Francesca worked in the Manhattan office of Dentons, one of the world’s largest law firms. During the early stages of career, she amassed in-house experience with a focus on brand protection work for brands like Prada, Tory Burch, and Diamonds International.

Francesca's business practice has evolved with the ever-changing intellectual property landscape. She is currently navigating one of the most dynamic and intriguing areas of IP - the battle against counterfeit goods. Presently, Francesca is collaborating with some of the world's most rapidly growing brands, laying a strong intellectual property foundation for them. At the same time, she's implementing a global protection and takedown strategy targeting counterfeits of today's most sought-after consumer products. Her dedication to innovation drives her to stay at the forefront of the field, ensuring she offers her clients the most effective and comprehensive protections possible.
