Nicole began her professional career at a boutique law firm in New York City. She transitioned to an in-house career as the Director of Business Development & Licensing at ED Ellen DeGeneres, where she led transactional negotiations between Ellen's licensees, partners, joint-venturers and representatives. She drafted, negotiated and executed license, joint venture, partnership, collaboration, sponsorship and design services agreements. Nicole recently served as Senior Counsel to Party City Holdings Inc., where she was responsible for negotiations between Party City and third parties for master services, SaaS, consulting and licensing agreements, as well as other commercial contracts as necessary.

Nicole graduated cum laude from George Washington University with a major in Political Science and a minor in Italian language and literature. She received her law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Articles Editor of the top ranked Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. Nicole participated in Cardozo's Intensive Trial Advocacy Program and she was later invited to participate in a 2-week intensive trial program through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
